Shipping

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the courier selected at checkout
  • Estimated delivery time is generally 24–72 hours. For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and other islands, delivery may require an additional business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Deganis is not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, courier-related issues, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries to PO boxes are not available.


Returns & Exchanges

🔔 Important: Do not send items back before receiving approval from our team and the return label.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email info@deganisofficial.com within 14 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Subject: "RETURN REQUEST + Order Number"

  3. Include in the email:

    • Date you received your order
    • Items you wish to return or exchange
    • 3–4 photos showing the product’s condition
    • Reason for the return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange

We only accept return requests via email to ensure proper tracking.

Return Conditions:

  • Contact us first; returns without approval are not accepted
  • Items must include the hygienic liner
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and clean
  • Packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Complimentary items are not eligible for return
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Ship to: Sofia Deganis SRL - Via Michelangelo Buonarroti, 13, 41030, Solara, Modena, Italy within 14 business days
  • Notify us via email with shipping date, courier, and tracking number

If all conditions are met, we will process your exchange or refund. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within approximately 14 days of receipt.


Shipping Your Return:

  • You may choose any courier at your expense.
  • Pack items securely in a box and label clearly with sender (you) and recipient (our warehouse).
  • We recommend a trackable service; Deganis is not responsible for lost or stolen returns.


Returning Multiple Orders in One Box:

  • You may combine multiple orders in a single box and label.
  • Ensure all tags are intact for proper identification.
