How to request an exchange:

  2. Use the subject line: "RETURN REQUEST + Order Number".
  3. Wait for approval from our team and receive your return label before sending anything back.

Important:

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Items must be returned following the instructions provided by our Customer Happiness Team.
  • Shipping costs for the return/exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

No. All our swimwear pieces are sold separately.
Images pair tops and bottoms together for styling purposes only.

Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the courier selected at checkout
  • Estimated delivery time is generally 24–72 hours. For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and other islands, delivery may require an additional business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Deganis is not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, courier-related issues, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries to PO boxes are not available.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Important: Do not send items back before receiving approval from our team and the return label.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email info@deganisofficial.com within 14 business days of receiving your order.
  2. Use the subject line: "RETURN REQUEST + Order Number".
  3. Include in your email:
  • Date you received your order
  • Description of the items you wish to return or exchange
  • 3–4 photos showing the product’s condition
  • Reason for the return
  • Specify whether you request a refund or an exchange

Only email requests are accepted to ensure proper tracking of your return.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Your item must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Contact us first; returns without approval are not accepted
  • Items must include the hygienic liner
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and clean
  • Packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Complimentary items are not eligible for return
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Notify us via email with shipping date, courier, and tracking number

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Upon receipt and verification, we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) and may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.
